My name is Andrea Rickard, and I have personally been conveyancing since the early 2000’s.
It was the increasing dissatisfaction from our new clients that prompted me to diverge from the legal industry and consider offering Key Conveyancing in Victoria in 2016, commencing in 2017. I wanted to offer an inclusive specialised service as this industry has changed significantly in recent times. Also, in many instances clients complained that firms were not approachable, and found it difficult to speak to someone directly, or who could assist immediately.
We are a committed family run practice consisting of a great team. First and foremost is my husband/consultant who is a current Australian Legal Practitioner, having run his own practice for nearly forty years as he continues to do today.
My girls are also actively involved in the business. They have experienced first-hand how hard we work to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients. They are excited to share the same passion that drives us.
We strive to make a difference for our clients and to try to absorb the stress and make the conveyancing process as fuss and stress free for you during this exciting, scary, wonderful time, be it either buying for the first time, growing your property portfolio or even that succession time of passing on the family farm or business.
Not forgetting the other team members that may not be family by blood but share that feeling of all genuinely caring about you and what we do.
The most satisfying part in our jobs is having worked with the parents, then with the children, to now offering advice and assistance to the grandchildren.

Andrea is a licensed conveyancer and a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. She obtained her qualifications while raising two daughters, Bree and Charley, who both work in the conveyancing practice.

Bree is completing her Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing. She is personable with a big smile. She will assist you with all queries, and will be the stalwart of the Melbourne office.
