This is now a mandatory legal requirement in conveyancing transactions. We may be able to identify you in-house if you have some or all of the following documents – a passport, drivers licence, birth certificate or other photographic ID. Call us to check.

Purchasers – if you have signed a contract in most cases you will have 3 business days to cool off.

Vendors – we can usually draw documents for you within one or two days. Let’s not miss out on a potential purchaser by being too slow

For both vendors and purchasers we aim to have all issues identified and resolved before contract, so that settlement proceeds smoothly.
