Contracts
For both vendors and purchasers we aim to have all issues identified and resolved before contract, so that settlement proceeds smoothly.

The conveyancing settlement process has undergone huge changes in recent times. Many firms and banks are still coming to grips with the changes. We are very experienced and knowledgeable about PEXA, SRO online documents and digital technology.
